The LivePerson Chat Transcript Export method allows our customers to keep their own copy of the chat sessions and integrate it into other CRM tools.

  • The Chat Transcript Export feature may not be enabled on your account by default. Please contact your Success Manager to enable this feature.
  •  You can receive the chat transcripts in XML or TXT format.
  • If you enabled the IP policy feature in your account, make sure that the IP of the station from which the transcript request is sent, is included in the IP range of the policy.
