To define the maximum number of chats for each agent:
- Enter the Admin Console and go to User Set Up > Operators.
A list of Agents is displayed.
- Click the name of the requested agent.
A window with the agent"s details is displayed.
- From the Max no. of chats drop down menu select the required number of chats.
Note: The agents with the no chats option will not receive chats from the chat queue at all. They will only receive chats that were directly transferred to them by other agents.
- Click Update
