When a visitor clicks the chat button, a blank window opens as shown below:

Possible cause:

Your IP has been blocked for chat.


Check if your IP was blocked and remove it from the list of blocked visitors:
  1. From the Admin Console click Account Set Up > Visitor Policies > Block Chat (tab).
  2. Locate your IP address in the list of blocked IP addresses and click on the trash can icon.
  3. Restart your Internet browser.
