All the incoming emails that are handled by the ticketing service, are evaluated and then assigned with a spam level.
The spam levels are defined by the Commtouch Anti-Spam system:
|Spam level||Rule Name||Description|
|NON-SPAM (0)||Spam level is at least Non-spam||Messages that are confirmed, without doubt, as coming from a trusted source. This classification is very rarely used.|
|UNKNOWN (1)||Spam level is at least Non-spam||No information is available for this value. Status could not be determined at this time.|
|SUSPECT (2)||Spam level is at least Non-spam||Messages that are sent to slightly larger than the average distribution or unidentified spam messages at the beginning of a massive spam outbreak.|
|BULK (3)||Spam level is at least Bulk Mail Spam||Spam messages from sources that are not confirmed spammers.|
|CONFIRMED (4)||Spam level is at least Confirmed Unsolicited Spam||Spam messages from known spam sources (e.g. zombies).|
NOTE: When creating Ticketing rules, the non-spam (0), unknown (1) and suspect (2) spam levels are bundled together and appear as Non-spam.
