All the incoming emails that are handled by the ticketing service, are evaluated and then assigned with a spam level.

The spam levels are defined
by the Commtouch Anti-Spam system:

Spam level Rule Name Description
NON-SPAM  (0) Spam level is at least Non-spam Messages that are confirmed, without doubt, as coming from a trusted source. This classification is very rarely used.
UNKNOWN (1) Spam level is at least Non-spam No information is available for this value. Status could not be determined at this time.
SUSPECT (2) Spam level is at least Non-spam Messages that are sent to slightly larger than the average distribution or unidentified spam messages at the beginning of a massive spam outbreak.
BULK (3) Spam level is at least Bulk Mail Spam Spam messages from sources that are not confirmed spammers.
CONFIRMED (4) Spam level is at least Confirmed Unsolicited Spam Spam messages from known spam sources (e.g. zombies).

emptyStringNOTE:  When creating Ticketing rules, the non-spam (0), unknown (1) and suspect (2) spam levels are bundled together and appear as Non-spam.
