You can enable or disable attachments to the ticket forms. If you enable it, the Attach File section will be displayed to your visitors in each new ticket form.

To enable / disable attachments:
  1. Enter the Admin Console
  2. From the left menu click Account Set Up > Settings > Email (tab)
  3. In the System Properties section:
    - If you want to enable attachments, check the Allow attachments in inbound messages check box
    - If you want to disable attachments, uncheck the Allow attachments in inbound messages check box
