In addition to the predefined Offline Survey, you can also create a webpage with your own customized Offline Survey and link it to the chat button. Your visitors will be redirected to this survey webpage when your agents are offline and cannot take chats.
NOTE: You can also use the methods described below to redirect the users to any location in your site (not only to the Offline survey webpage).
You have two ways of creating customized Offline Surveys:
