LivePerson offers sets of System Messgaes predefined in several languages. We currently support Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Danish, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.
NOTE: System Messages need to be set per-account and not per-agent or per-skill.
In your LivePerson Admin Console, navigate to Content Management >> Chat >> System Messages.
You can modify the text of all the messages, and can even include HTML in them. Some System Messages include macros. These are system variables which you can include in your messages to display dynamic information such as agent name, visitor name or wait time.
NOTE: Not all of the system messages are translated. If you have any comments or suggestions regarding translations, please feel free to contact LivePerson Support via your Customer Center.
