Upgrade your existing LivePerson code and get access to these new and exciting LivePerson features and applications!
Follow the steps below to upgrade your code:
1. Obtain your new code
Your LivePerson Implementation Manager or Deployment Engineer will prepare an updated code package for you upon your request to upgrade.
2. Re-Tag your pages
The updated code package received from your Implementation Manager is a compressed file.
Taglets are small programs, managed by LivePerson, that govern your code. To make these truly functional, you will need to deliver to your Implementation Manager or Deployment Engineer any dynamic button names, and the div call for your buttons in the code. We will then create your taglets, and inform you when they're ready for testing.
4. Test your code and rules
After you have finished re-tagging your pages with the LiveEngage tag, follow the instructions in the below documents to test your code and rules:
