When experiencing an issue related to PCI Forms or other Engagement Option features, please collect diagnotic information about the issue. Follow the instructions below to access diagnostic log for PCI Forms and other Engagement Options, and send them to LivePerson support.


  1. Select the Engagement Options tab in an affected chat.

  2. Press Ctrl + ~ to access the log.

  3. Copy the log content: Click on the log window, click CTRL + A, then CTRL + C.
  4. Save the content in a text file.
  5. Send the text file to LivePerson support.
  6. Return to the normal Engagement Options tab content by simply scrolling up.
