Agents occasionally remain logged in to the Agent Console even though they aren’t at their workstations. In such cases, they will unknowingly continue to receive incoming chats. To solve this issue, admin users can log thsese agents off via the Admin Console.


  1. Login to the Admin Console and go to Account Set Up > Online Status.

  2. Under Online Operators, click the Disconnect button to automatically log off the agent. When the agent returns
    to his station, he will see a pop-up message indicating that he was disconnected through the Admin Console.
