Issue:


The message 'Could not log into account. Up to X concurrent users allowed' is displayed when trying to log into the Agent Console

Possible cause:


Each account is subscribed for a defined number of seats. This number determines the amount of agents that can be logged in to the Agent Console simultaneously.
If the number of agents, who are logged into the Agent Console, equals the number of the defined seats, no additional agents can log in to the Agent Console. If an additional agent tries to log in, a message "Could not log into account. Up to X concurrent users allowed" is displayed.

Solution: 


To allow an additional agent to log into the Agent Console:
  • Ask one of the agent to log out from the Agent Console by clicking File > Log Off.
    or
  • Subscribe for additional seats (licenses).
