Knowledgebase articles are classified as either Documents or Questions, and as either InHouse or Public. Add articles under Content Management in the Admin Console to make them easily accessible to users.
Note: In this lesson, screen caps show the toolbars on the Add Question window. These toolbars are no longer available with LP Knowledgebase.
