The Knowledgebase consists of articles and frequently-asked questions that you can utilize to support your customers. Learn how to access the articles wherever you are in your communication panel; chat, phone, email, note and log call. By the end of the course, you will be able to send a link to a Knowledgebase article during a chat, and to add the content of an article to an email.
