Lesson 5: Configuring the LP Knowledgebase

The LP Knowledgebase allows you to store, manage and display information about your products, such as instructions, FAQs and documentation for both internal and customer use. In this course, you will learn how to organize and enable the LP Knowledgebase by creating categories, and to add articles to the categories you have created.
